Ham with Brown Sugar Ginger Nutmeg Glaze

Ingredients:


It is important to avoid spiral sliced hams - they cook differently and usually come with glaze already on them.


Directions:


  1. Pre-heat oven to 300°

  2. Place ham on slotted roaster

  3. Cross-score ham with sharp knife

  4. Baste Ham place in oven set timer for 15 minutes per pound.

  5. Continue to baste ham every 15 to 20 minutes until done.
