1 batch Brown Sugar Ginger Nutmeg Glaze (click ingredient link to get recipe)
It is important to avoid spiral sliced hams - they cook differently and usually come with glaze already on them.
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 300°
Place ham on slotted roaster
Cross-score ham with sharp knife
Baste Ham place in oven set timer for 15 minutes per pound.
Continue to baste ham every 15 to 20 minutes until done.
