Prep Time: 5 minutes Ingredients: 1/3 C Canola Oil
1/3 C Tequila
1 Tbsp Pepper Corns
1 Tbsp Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp Fresh Basil, chopped
1 tsp Adobo Seasoning
Directions:
1. Place pepper corns in a bar towel. Form a small ball and give it 2 – 3 quick whacks with the side of a tenderizing hammer.
2. Add pepper corns to marinade shaker along with the rest of the ingredients. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
3. In a sealable plastic 1-gallon storage bag put your desired meat and pour the marinade in. Squeeze out the air and seal. Let it set in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours before grilling.
