Ingredients:
1/3 C Jameson Irish Whiskey
1/3 C Canola Oil
½ tsp Pepper Corns, slightly crushed or a pinch of red pepper flake
6-8 Fresh Basil Leaves, chopped
6-8 Fresh Oregano Leaves, chopped
6-8 Fresh Rosemary Leaves, chopped
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a shaker. Shake until thoroughly mixed.
Place desired meat or potatoes in a self-locking plastic bag and pour mixture over meat.
Meat should be kept refrigerated while marinating and potatoes can be left on kitchen counter.
Use the marinade to baste while cooking on an indoor or outdoor grill.
