Ingredients:
3 Tbsp Chili Powder
3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Cumin
2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Dried Oregano, crushed not powdered
1 Tbsp Dry Mustard, ground
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Tbsp Turmeric
1 Tbsp Dried Thyme
1 ½ tsp Sea Salt
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl using a fork to dissolve the lumps.
Papa Scott’s Notes:
To spice it up, add Cayenne Pepper, Paprika, Red Pepper Flakes and/or fresh ground black Pepper Corns to your taste.
For larger batches use the following conversion table
a. 4 Tbsp = ¼ Cup
b. 2 ½ tsp = 1 Tbsp
