Butter Orange Icing

Using an image from a finished cake to show the icing
Prep Time: 10 min. | Cook Time: n/a | Servings: 1 layer cake
Ingredients:
½ C Butter, softened to almost melting
3 C Confectioner’s Sugar
3 Tbsp Orange Juice
¼ C Pecans, chopped (optional)
Directions:
Cream 3 tablespoons butter or margarine with the confectioners' sugar.
Stir in enough Orange Juice until well blended and smooth to your liking. You can use a little less or more than the recipe calls for.
Spread icing on to cooled cake layers.
Top with chopped pecans if desired. (optional)
