Blueberry Bread

Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: 60 min | Servings: 2 loaves


Ingredients:


  • 4 ¼ C Unbleached All-Purpose Flour

  • ¾ C Granulated Sugar

  • ¾ C Raw Sugar

  • 2 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1 tsp Sea Salt

  • ½ tsp Baking Soda

  • 1 Large Egg, room temperature

  • 1 1/3 C Orange Juice

  • ¼ C Butter, melted

  • 2 C Blueberries

Directions:


  1. Preheat oven to 325°.

  2. In a large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda.

  3. Whisk the egg, orange juice and butter.

  4. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Toss blueberries with remaining flour; fold into batter.

  5. Pour into two greased 8x4-in. loaf pans or a greased bundt pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 60-65 minutes.

  6. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
