BBQ Balsamic-Herb Flank Steak
Ingredients:
Directions:
Put steak into a one-gallon closable storage bag.
Pour Papa Scott’s Marinade over the steak and seal.
Shake the bag until the steak is thoroughly covered in marinade and then squeeze out as much air as possible and reseal.
Rest the marinating steak in the refrigerator for 1 – 24 hours.
Pre-heat your favorite BBQ (ours is a charcoal Weber kettle), leaving one side un-heated.
Put the flank steak on the un-heated side of the BBQ.
In 10 minutes turn and flip over the steak and then baste with marinade. Do the same thing at 20 minutes and just before removing from BBQ.
Slice against the grain and serve. It goes well with Potatoes O’Brian.
