Ingredients:
2 C Heavy Cream
½ C Butter
3 Clove Garlic, minced
1 tsp Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
2 C Parmesan Cheese, finely shredded
1 tsp Hot Pasta Water, only if needed
Directions:
In a medium sauce pot, melt the butter.
Add the black pepper and minced garlic. Stir until fragrance of the garlic is released, about 1 minute.
Blend in cream, stirring constantly. Don’t let the sauce thicken until you add the cheese.
Fold in the parmesan cheese, until melted. If sauce is too thick, add fresh pasta water until desired thinness is achieved.
Serve while it is hot.
